Golf simulator booking software that knows what your bay-hours are worth.
Edison runs your bookings, payments, memberships, leagues, and door access. Then it does the thing no other booking tool does: it tells you which hours are underpriced, which blocks are structurally soft, and what fixing them is worth in dollars.
Everything a sim venue needs from a booking system.
Edison is simulator-agnostic. Whatever launch monitor is in the bay, Edison handles the business around it.
Online booking portal
Customers pick a date, bay, and time on your branded portal and pay by card. You control the form: required fields, terms acknowledgment, age verification, deposits.
Stripe payments
Card payments, deposits, promo codes, gift cards, and saved cards for repeat customers. Every dollar reconciles to a Stripe payout on the Reports page.
Hour-credit memberships
Members buy a monthly block of bay hours and book against their balance. Billing runs on Stripe subscriptions with self-serve management and prorated tier changes.
Leagues, tournaments, and events
Recurring leagues, multi-day tournaments, clinics, and socials. Registration, waitlists, standings pages, and automatic bay holds across a series.
Automated door access
Paid booking, provisioned PIN. Edison issues door codes through Seam's Avigilon Alta integration and revokes them on cancellation. Built for unstaffed hours.
Cancellations with a policy
Set a cutoff and outcomes once: refund, credit, or forfeit. Customers self-cancel from their confirmation email and Edison applies the policy and moves the money.
Booking systems tell you what booked. Edison tells you what it was worth.
Every morning your dashboard opens with the Daily Briefing: where you stand, which time blocks underperformed, and one focused recommendation for the week.
Underneath it is the metric booking tools never compute: revenue per available bay-hour, tracked daily, with peak versus off-peak splits and a day-by-hour heatmap that shows exactly which slots drag the number down.
When demand supports a higher rate, Edison says so, names the block, and estimates the monthly impact.
