- PIN codes provision automatically when a booking is paid and revoke on cancellation, through Seam's Avigilon Alta integration. Run unstaffed hours without handing out keys.
- Cancellations and refunds
- One policy: cutoff, before-cutoff outcome, after-cutoff outcome. Customers self-cancel from their email, Edison applies the policy, processes the refund or credit, and logs the event.
- Dynamic pricing
- Rates by bay, bay type, day, and hour. The Revenue tier recomputes recommendations from your booking history so pricing decisions stop being guesses.

Most management software stops at dashboards. The heatmap below lays bay utilization out by day and hour, so the hours that fill every week, and the bay types that fill first, show up as a pattern on the screen, not a feeling you have to argue for.
Revenue per available bay-hour is tracked daily underneath it, split peak from off-peak and compared across bay types, so every pattern in the heatmap ties back to a number.
